Designed as ‘best in class’ training for executive directors and leadership personnel who have been in key nonprofit leadership positions in our community a short time and those who have been identified as leadership successors for the organization. The goal of the Leadership Academy is build the leadership capacity and competencies of participants .
Modules consist of:
- Nonprofit Management
- Strategic Planning
- Program Evaluation
- Marketing and Communications
- Financial Analysis
- Human Resources
- Principles of Fundraising History.
Duration: : linked module, cohort learning of Six, 2-day module trainings throughout 9 months
Participants: Executive Director or key leadership personnel (this is considered Executive level training)
