Next Generation Leadership Academy
Next Generation Leadership Academy is a customized executive level education partnership with IU O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. This 6-linked module, focusing on competency development in the areas of leading a nonprofit is designed for new Executive Directors and next generation leaders (having 53 in our community who have benefitted since 2016).
Modules consist of:
- Nonprofit Management
- Strategic Planning
- Program Evaluation
- Marketing and Communications
- Financial Analysis
- Human Resources
Duration: linked module, cohort learning of Six, 2-day module training throughout 9 months
Participants: Executive Director or key leadership personnel (this is considered executive level training)
2024 Academy (the 4th cohort) will begin first quarter
Previously offered every 3 years, this offering will now be provided every other year.
