Pat serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Welborn Baptist Foundation, where he leads the organization’s mission to strengthen health, education, and quality of life across the Evansville region. Guided by his faith and a deep commitment to community flourishing, Pat oversees the Foundation’s grantmaking, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that equip nonprofits, schools, churches, and leaders to create lasting impact.

Before joining Welborn, Pat held leadership roles that combined technical expertise, organizational management, and ministry. He served as Strategic Outreach Pastor at Crossroads Christian Church, where he focused on community engagement and expanding partnerships, and earlier as Engineering Director at George Koch Sons, LLC, where he directed teams in engineering, customer service, and field operations.

Throughout his career, Pat has been recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to bring people together around a shared purpose. Under his direction, the Welborn Baptist Foundation, in partnership with others, has strengthened its role as a catalyst for positive change, including its early response to the COVID-19 pandemic through the Crisis Response Fund, which provided urgent support to local nonprofits serving vulnerable populations.

Pat is dedicated to ensuring that every child, family, and community in the Evansville region has the opportunity to thrive. His leadership reflects a commitment to stewardship, fairness, and hope for generations to come.
