
With over 20 years of administrative experience, Julia has built her career around strategically adding capacity to high-level leaders and teams. Organization and communication have always been her strengths, and she takes pride in being someone who brings clarity, structure, and calm to office environments. Over the years, she has managed everything from complex scheduling and travel coordination to executive communications and event planning, always with an eye for detail. For her, being an Executive Assistant is more than a role; it’s about building trusted relationships, anticipating needs, and helping people and organizations thrive. Whether in the workplace or in the community, she brings dedication, reliability, and a positive spirit to everything she does.
She was born and raised in central Florida but has spent half of her life living in southern Indiana. She earned an AA degree in Business from Lake Sumter State College in Florida and recently achieved the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE). She also serves on a fundraising committee for a local nonprofit organization.
