
Jeff serves as Chief Communications Officer at the Welborn Baptist Foundation, where he leads the Foundation’s strategic communications, marketing, and storytelling efforts. In this role, Jeff works to clearly articulate Welborn’s mission, vision, and impact across the region, ensuring alignment between internal culture and external messaging. He oversees brand strategy, media relations, digital presence, and content development, helping translate complex initiatives into compelling narratives that inspire partnership and community engagement across Southwestern Indiana.
Born and raised in Evansville, Jeff has deep roots in the region and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise and community-minded advocacy to his work, holding a background in multimedia development from Purdue University along with professional experience in both construction and communications. Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on building strong teams, cultivating authentic relationships, and strengthening organizational identity through thoughtful, mission-driven communication.
Jeff is passionate about outdoor recreation and youth engagement. As a father of six children—each an avid skateboarder—he has been a vocal supporter of the Sunset Skatepark Project, a community-driven effort to create a modern skatepark along the Evansville riverfront. He believes initiatives like this are vital to providing safe, accessible spaces where families and young people can gather, grow, and stay active.
