Our Impact Strategies

Surface & Scale Model Programming–we support and advance programming that demonstrates the potential for impact. Model programming is surfaced through research, community relationships, and grant cycle processes. By scaling model programming, more people can be served, and more impact created. Scaling decisions consider program readiness, receptivity, resources, risks, and returns.

Build Capacity – we provide learning and growing opportunities to cross-sector organizations like nonprofits, donors/funders, churches, to support and equip all to be better able to fulfill their missions and create impact. Opportunities can include providing support for custom consulting and offering cohort trainings.

Foster Collaboration – through funding, convening, and relationship building, we encourage a wide variety of partnerships; formal and informal arrangements by two or more parties (individuals, nonprofits, churches, schools, governments, business entities, etc.,) jointly advancing specified goals, tasks, projects, or purpose.

Measure & Share progress – we have intentional processes for learning, growing, measuring, understanding, and sharing progress. These are all critical and best practice ingredients for creating impact. Multi-county survey projects and grantee partner evaluation protocols are examples of measurement activities.
