Location: Virtual, Zoom link will be sent upon registration

Details of the event:
Have you have ever been interested in taking part in a Jamie Levy & Associates presentation on Philanthropic Sustainability? Have you wondered what you could learn in the Sustain Abilities series offered through the Welborn? This is a free, 1-session opportunity!
The Community Impact Training Session is an Open Session, to be held on September 10, 2026, 8:30 – 12:30 PM Central Time. This is a VIRTUAL session, open to any board members of your board, staff members or volunteers who desire an introduction to philanthropy. This session provides a condensed version of what participants experience in the Welborn’s Sustain Abilities 1.0 experience. This session can also serve as a “refresher” for those who have taken part in Sustain Abilities before. We see this as an opportunity to invite organizations, not yet a part of Sustain Abilities, to gain an understanding of philanthropic sustainability and the culture of building “advocates”. We encourage you to not only take part in it but have discussions around the content and use when onboarding new volunteers or board members.
Sustain Abilities is a program offered to nonprofits through the Welborn’s Nonprofit Excellence Focus Area in partnership with JDLA.
Registration to come by Aug. 6, 2025
