Ashley Tenbarge is the Healthy Communities Program Manager, and oversees Welborn’s school-based health initiative, Upgrade in Schools.

Before joining Welborn, Ashley served in various leadership and program management roles at Ascension St. Vincent, most recently as the Associate Experience & Community Engagement Coordinator. Throughout her 14-year career with Ascension St. Vincent, Ashley’s work has centered on building collaborative partnerships, managing complex projects, and creating meaningful experiences that advance organizational goals while strengthening community impact.

Ashley lives in Evansville with her husband, Trent, and their daughters Emersyn, age 4, and Raelynn, age 6. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering in the community.
