Meghan joined Welborn in 2022 as a Program Coordinator. She holds a marketing degree from Ball State University (’14) and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana (’18). Meghan began her career in the for-profit sector, specializing in marketing and event management, before transitioning to the nonprofit sector in 2018, where she applied her expertise to fundraising, event planning, and program management.

At Welborn, she coordinates the Grow platform, fostering collaboration and capacity-building among nonprofits, donors, funders, and community stakeholders through shared training opportunities, resources, and data.
