Roger Orth serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Welborn, where he oversees the Foundation’s financial and administrative operations in support of its mission of cultivating communities that flourish. Since joining the Foundation in 2017, Roger has provided strategic leadership across finance, investments, grants administration, human resources, information technology, legal affairs, insurance, and facilities.

Prior to joining Welborn, Roger held senior financial leadership roles with publicly traded companies in the Evansville area. Throughout his career, he has overseen complex financial operations, SEC reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, and system implementations, consistently strengthening financial processes and governance. He earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife and their three grown children. He also enjoys traveling and staying active—especially riding his bicycle.
