Tyler Stock serves as the Early Education Program Officer at Welborn, where he supports efforts related to high-quality early childhood education and strengthening systems-level alignment. He also serves as Grow Program Director and Learning and Data Lead, helping translate research and evaluation into framing and sensemaking across focus areas.

Before joining Welborn, Tyler served as Executive Director of Talent EVV and Director of Talent at the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership. In that role, he helped coordinate regional partnerships focused on quality of life and place. His collaborative efforts included work with United Way, Junior Achievement, Community Foundation Alliance, EVSC, Welborn, and others to align resources and drive progress on shared goals. Tyler is a lifelong resident of the region and is passionate about its long-term success.
